Phi Kap and Theta Chi both got like 10-12 kids this year and Sig Ep somehow got a great PC

Accurate. Only thing I would maybe change is switch pike with sig chi but depends on who you ask.

Best ranking so far. I would drop TX a bit even though their pc is big. Pike and Sig Chi are closer in ranking..opinion varies depending on who you ask though.
