is it just me or is phi delt really moving up?

i've been to a lot of phi delt parties this year, and they're surprisingly good. far from "bottom tier" like everyone says. their new PC also seems like a good group of sweet, respectable handsome guys and I hope my sorority starts partying with them more.

They have great parties and are really nice and inviting. Guys aren't the hottest or coolest but definitely a good time (plus the alcohol is amaaaaazing)
