Dissolving theta??

I heard that theta (once upon a time) used to be a big house? Heard their rep hasn’t changed much and they’ve always been outcasts but they at least had numbers...now their seniors are their last real mc?? Will they lose their house and be dissolved after the seniors graduate? Could a new chapter form or spd gets a house???? No shade just genuinely curious

They would have to miss occupancy for 3 semesters in a row.

There are also plenty of unoccupied frat houses on the hill, (TX's house for example) so if SPD gets a house it probably wont be Thetas
