As someone who has been around to most frats, the rankings do seem pretty much similar but I wouldn't be surprised if the top 3 change in the next few years.

Dchi,phi delt, chi phi, SPD trending down
Theta chi, aepi, chi psi, ATO, DU are trending up
All of these are just slightly. Nothing changed too significantly.
Except pike, they’re trending way down.
