if ur a person of color or a minority going into recruitment you need to make note of who you see in each chapter. none of them have been progressing and including poc besides aphi tbh with their new COB’s. all you’re going to see is white carbon copies of each other and no representation of yourself. just a heads up for the lack of diversity in greek life

that “blonde girl” you are referring to is one of the most educated, open minded, progressive , and ambitious young woman I know. so check yourself before you assume the validity of her role based off her hair color.
