no real order within tiers. this is pretty much correct. choose wisely freshman:

TOP: ksig, lambda, Fiji, TX
UPPER MIDDLE: ATO, KA, Phi Kap
MIDDLE: Sig Chi, Dphi, Chi Phi
LOWER MIDDLE: Chi Psi, Theta Chi, DU, Pike, Sig ep
BOTTOM: Psi U, DChi, Phi Sig

Can't really order within groups

There are 3 main groups that I think most can agree on. Rankings inside the groups are subjective and varies per person and his/her preferences.

Top:
KSig, ATO, Lambda, FIJI (now lacrosse team - not really top anymore), Theta Chi, KA

Middle:
Sig Chi, Chi Phi, Chi Psi, DU, Phi Kap, DPhi, Pike

Bottom:
Phi Sig, Psi U, Delta Chi, Sig Ep
