A little bold to say DU is top but they are very well liked and had really good PCs the past 2 years. Aepi is without a doubt bottom. Like aepi never parties with anyone other than theta. They pregame with houses other than theta but that’s about it. Phi sig on the other hand not even sure if theta parties with them. So I guess maybe you could say aepi is upper bottom. And phi sig is bottom. Nonetheless both houses are bottom tier. Also theta chi is certainly above phi delt especially with pc’20.
