Solidified before rush?

I heard that agam and zeta had their pc 20s solidified before rush started? Is this true. I dirty rushed agam but didn’t get a bid.

Agam definitely had their pc solidified. They were inviting pnms to coffee etc. all throughout first semester. The majority of their pc went into rush wanting agam and knowing many girls in the house. Zeta definitely did not.
