does lehigh understand their pitch?

1. Lehigh wants to grow by about 1000 students
2. Lehigh is located in Bethlehem, PA, so obviously Greek Life is a huge attraction for students who want an involved social life
3. Lehigh is actively ending Greek Life.
How do these 3 items fit together, Lehigh? I would be curious to know if the administration understands how items 2 and 3 will impact the success of item 1?

I don’t think Lehigh honestly has any real plans to completely end Greek life. I think (hope) they are smart enough to realize that if they end it the school will be much less desirable for people to apply to. In addition to this they will lose their Greek alumni donations which they need. Imo they have no real plans of completely ending Greek life but rather keeps putting things in place to make it seem like they are doing something to make it seem more safe due to “bad publicity” from some of the Greek organizations so parents stop complaining about it.
