2020 formal recruitment

I’m gonna be honest I’m extremely disappointed. Honestly heartbroken. I went into rush and listened to the advice of my Rho Gammas and the Panhellenic council. I maximized my options everyday and I keep an open mind. The first day going through the rounds I was shocked to see the blatant dirty rushing that had occurred. Girls were so sure they would wind up in certain houses. The girls In AOPI were patronizing and rude. The Gphi girls seemed to have absolutely no interest in getting to know me and kept the conversation on superficial things such as clothing and tanning. The alpha phi girls were not bad but did not inquire much about leadership or involvement. The KD girls were nice. The Pi Phi girl I spoke with just did not seem to care about the philanthropy. The agam girls were nice. The Zetas were really nice along with the thetas. There were huge cuts everyday that did not seem to make sense. While I am eagerly awaiting whether or not I will receive a bid from my top house it’s hard that so many girls have dropped. Essentially all of my friends save for one are still left going through the process. I’m not sure what to say but the class size is getting larger so sororities can rush more girls so I wish that would have been taken into consideration. At this point I’m wondering if it’s possible to have fun not in Greek life?
