making insurance a reason to take you over
by: The Man
Being landlords in LU housing was the beginning of this downward slide.
Disband or be ready to - stay smaller, stay quieter, stay off campus - keep the quiet going but more as a selective social group or secret society with new names, communicating with non LU email addresses, and don't allow social media at your parties events. Our fun/parties will need to go underground or they will be rooted out.

Open your eyes bro....take a look what’s going on nationwide LSU has an ongoing trial where one fraternity bro just got negligent homicide charges handed to him and there are others still waiting to go to trial
Penn State frat bros are involved in civil trial with parents of Piazza because of reckless and irresponsible behaviors causing his death
This is not just here.....Lehigh just wants to protect its ass for the ongoing reckless and careless drinking behaviors
Besides the greeks can afford the increase to cover the insurance....most are privileged little boys or spoiled little girls

going underground isn’t going to solve anything- maybe responsible partying is all that it will take to turn this ship around. Alcohol has been around college campuses for a long time it’s just in the last few years that it has gotten outta control with overindulged and (mostly) underage students Some are of legal age and still make a pig of themselves
There is nothing problematic about partying when responsible risk managers are looking out for intoxicated individuals who need some intervention
