Frat connections won't get you FO in a BB or MM IB from LU. Family connections are key. Use these to get Ibanking internships freshman and sophomore summers etc to complete for the spots filled after targets - along connections you still need a good personality, grades, and work ethic. Coming from a non-target means you need more than a frat brother at a firm to get hired.
The type of frat connections that help are Yale DKE or U Penn St. Anthony Hall. These can help because these are target schools - but truthfully if you are in either frat you are likely elite and have family connections.
