school is using and abusing greek - yes LU is hazing greeks
you either put up with it, or you go your own way
easy to go dark and form as a secret society...just means smaller parties
that is the future if you are a sophomore or younger at LU and what the freedom of association - otherwise you will have grad students and jr profs living with you
admin knows how much you like living in houses...so that Independence and prestige is gone
you going to lay there and take it lie a biotch or are you going to create your own future - independently of the uni?
the only thing that scares the uni more than a robust greek life is a secret society world that is off campus and way from its control.

The fear that so many fraternities are showing towards live-in mentors is shocking. Comparing this to Oxford and Cambridge is off in so many ways, including the fact you can legally drink in the UK as young as 16.

These parents should be ashamed, they are the ones generally financing these frats, sororitys, and ridiculous spring breaks. And it happens younger and younger. If you are not communicating with your kids YOU BEST START even if they are not a teen - you will be surprised what they know and what is happening around them. What exactly will your words communicate to the youth? They already get the message from watching all the drunk adults they see. They are emulating older people's behavior.

SigEp recruits men who have the confidence to be different. SigEp's Balanced Man Program is a life-changing process for its members now that we gotten alcohol out of the chapter house. It is no longer be just a place where where "frat bros" and their groupies go to party for four years.
