yes you can and many houses has dissafilaited at other unis. there are a number of good articles about the process.
alternatively abandon the house and form your own secret society. don't use lehigh student addresses and party off campus. this is old school and the way many unis run. parties will be smaller but can still be lots of fun - and no rules other than your own.
