Check out Lehigh”s Hazing Prevention website. Most Greeks charged with hazing and violations don’t cooperate....No charges. No penalties.
Most Greek chapters operate like the Bloods, Crips, MS-13 just to name a few. Members don’t want to be ostracized for reporting things they have seen or done while in the company of their own chapter or other chapters. Basically the only difference between “street gang” members and Greek members on college campuses is the $$$$ privilege of the Greek students.
Playbook is basically the same when you compare the two: loyalty to organization, unwillingness to cooperate with investigations, need to fit in regardless of beliefs. Only difference is the social status each group comes from.

Students go to college to develop personally and professionally. Some fraternity facilities house brothers in environments that harm rather than help those goals by forcing brothers to go elsewhere to study during parties-- but SigEp's new program to have a substance-free facility at at Lehigh provides a very conducive environment for doing what students go to college to do.
