Yes they do but maybe that's because they don't care as much about dumb "rankings" like this site does. Sure they party with upper mid/top tier frats but that doesnt matter as much for dating a quality dude. There are quality dudes in every house. APhi have some classy and attractive women so no one should care that many of them "date down".
