If the girls could rush like the guys dirty rush would not be necessary.
The panhel system is very old fashioned and I believe a detriment to greek life in a modern world; and its very structure encourages dirty rushes, legacies, and girls from feeder schools. But, such is life, with all greek life being at a tipping point, long term structural improvements are not on anyone's agenda.
Frosh girls, at least you aren't at Ole Miss or some other super serious panhellenic-hell.
