they need to. their parties get shut down before 1 like every night. it's probably tough to get kids to want to rush if they cant keep a party going as long as other frats can. kids may learn that the "ranking" does not translate to fun. I can say that i would rather go to a more lowkey party from a "middle" tier frat that will last the night than go to a banger that'll only last until 12:13. I bet the freshmen do too.

Yeah mids fo sho but very different vibes and brothers to me.
TX always seems a little edgier/sketchy and Chi Phi a little pretentiousness.
On a typical day probably a slight edge to chi phi because try hard over slacker probably wins but neither makes you as comfortable as if TX tried a little harder and Chi Phi chilled a little more.
Personality adjustments won't move the houses out of the tier but if one corrects there would be more separation between the two.
