Dchi (Hold)- No room to improve
Chi Psi (Hold)- Same as Dchi
ATO (Sell)- Another year, another weak pc for ATO. They're lucky with what happened to Pike and Sig Chi
Psi U (Sell)- Merger isn't going too smoothly
TX (Buy)- Pike and KA being gone is huge for them
Chi Phi (Buy)-Could move into TX's old position if TX moves up
Phi Kap(Hold)- Got a bad pc but KA and Pike help them a lot
Sig Ep (Sell)- Just got unaccredited and will probably be too cautious in the begining
Theta Chi (Hold)Nothing's really changed
Phi Delt (Buy)- Could be middle tier if they get another decent pc
DU (Buy) Kicked off houses really wanna merge with them
Phi Sig (Hold) Will remain a bottom house
AEPI (Buy) New house can only help them

If mergers don't go well and 2 to 3 houses exit this year which is likely, even w/o a black swan event that closes all of Greek down, then I see underground/secret society (private equity instead of IPO) becoming the game changer. If all of LU recognized greek life gets closed down then it is straight to underground - far off campus - freedom from LU.
For now frats largely have wanted to merge back in. Some of this is because the Admin is successfully scaring sororitys with threats about partying with disbanded houses. If LU actually carried through with disbanding more sororitys will will dig its own administrative grave. This whole admin play is about a recent obsession by colleges to controll students out of the classroom - this is all about LU controlling students 24/7.
So if all greek life goes but more importantly sororityS lose recognition fewer frats will want to merge in. The result will be a growing underground/secret society system that disrupts the current paradigm.

I mean realistically TX is trending up and ATO and Psi U are trending down. Girls don't really even like ATO and Psi U has about as much KD as TX.
