My guess would be Chi Phi or TX. If you notice most houses who get kicked off- Sig Chi, Pike, KA, even AXO- are trying real hard to move up socially and "impress" top tiers. They're willing to take big risks that get them in trouble to seem "cooler". TX and Chi Phi had no issues this year but I could see them getting stupid cause it's obvious TX wants to be the next Pike and Chi Phi wants to be the next KA.
