message to greeks
by: terminatorUnlike responsibly and self-empowerment, personal accountability is needed by all members within Greek chapters. This is why Leadership is so important and high-moral standards need to be emphasized and role-modeled within the organization itself. When each member within the chapter is held personally responsible for their own actions as well as those in their chapters, you stop assigning blame and making excuses. Effective Leadership is knowing the problem and finding solutions. Chapters can either remain part of the problem or be part of the solution. (p.s. it does take mature young adults to raise their voices) and be heard to make the changes they want to see.

@grad17 Ever heard of Pregaming? That is usually the main cause of hospitalizations. Accountability should go both ways, frats are liable for serving students, however they should not always receive all the blame. The amount of times where students show up to frat parties already intoxicated enough to be hospitalized is a lot higher than you'd think, where's the personal accountability?
