Unlike responsibly and self-empowerment, personal accountability is needed by all members within Greek chapters. This is why Leadership is so important and high-moral standards need to be emphasized and role-modeled within the organization itself. When each member within the chapter is held personally responsible for their own actions as well as those in their chapters, you stop assigning blame and making excuses. Effective Leadership is knowing the problem and finding solutions. Chapters can either remain part of the problem or be part of the solution. (p.s. it does take mature young adults to raise their voices) and be heard to make the changes they want to see.

Sorry to say and most would agree that the Greeks don't have what it takes to clean up the gutter culture they've created at Lehigh .......Hawks are disappointed.

I wish the administration would take the same view but sadly they do not. Any incedents are by default the fault of a fraternity

Yea can we please get some personally accountability in the schools conduct office??? You know, like if a girl gets hospitalized 4 times over the course of a year, gets 3 different frats in trouble, maybe she should be held responsible for her actions?

@grad17 Ever heard of Pregaming? That is usually the main cause of hospitalizations. Accountability should go both ways, frats are liable for serving students, however they should not always receive all the blame. The amount of times where students show up to frat parties already intoxicated enough to be hospitalized is a lot higher than you'd think, where's the personal accountability?
