geeds are jealous

Every Geed on here is jealous that members of Greek life have way more fun than them and still end up with the same outcomes post college. Sure, Greek life isn't perfect or even close to it. And sure, Greek life fosters a perfect environment for underage drinking. I just don't understand why those not involved care so much. We really don't impact anyone else. The whole Greeks are disrupting the South Bethlehem environment is way too overused. There are literally murders and muggings there monthly. Yes, loud parties don't help, but that's the least of the residents concerns. It's like 90% college students living on East Fifth and Hillside anyway. "Greek life is ruining the South Bethlehem community" is a way the university tries to curb partying. It would be nearly as terrible without us. I understand that Greek life is relatively cliquey by nature but that's life. It's natural to form friend groups and social circles. I'm sure you Geeds have them too.
