why the tier system doesn't work
by: slipknot
people end up in the wrong houses for all sorts of reasons.
-some people end up in top houses because they have connections, even if they're not attractive.
-some people end up in low houses because they lack the connections, or didn't care enough to make them 1st sem.
-attractive people (girls especially) might end up in top houses even if they never go out.
-unattractive people who are fun can end up literally anywhere, but the rest of their college experience is dictated by which house they end up in.
-attractive people have a good time regardless of where they end up.
thats why you always look at an individual, not their house.

hot girls in lower sororities are not equivalent to hot guys in lower fraternities. because fraternities rush more by personality and sororities by attractiveness.
therefore, hot girls in low sororities probably dont care about the tier system (or like @frat said, theyre salty they got "dropped," but even then, the ones who really care about getting dropped by top tier ultimately decided to be GDIs)
but hot guys in low tiers are thirsty, because they think they deserve more hot girls to party with and are always trying to prove their frat-iness and rank.
the best crossover is
hot down to earth girl (low house) to average down to earth guy (top house),
hot salty guy (low house) to average down to earth girl (top house),
hot salty girl (low house) to hot down to earth guy (mid house)
