Frats and Sororities are Seclusive in design and nature. They seek out like-minded people with similar interests and backgrounds Not inclusive at all.

That's the point. Just like anything else that's not 100% open, they'll attractive, select, and hold onto those with similarities. If you don't like this, join something that is exclusive but it pertains to your interests. If you like playing an instrument, fine then join the band. If you like playing videogames, start an e-sports team. This isn't hard to explain, just don't Greek bash so much

people end up in the wrong houses for all sorts of reasons.
-some people end up in top houses because they have connections, even if they're not attractive.
-some people end up in low houses because they lack the connections, or didn't care enough to make connections first semester
-attractive people (girls especially) might end up in top houses even if they never go out just because they are easy on the eyes
-unattractive people who are fun can end up literally anywhere, but the rest of their college experience is dictated by which house picks them
