Zero chance you’re actually a freshman. Had no idea about this website till I came to lehigh. If you’re “picking” a house based off of those things you shouldn’t join a house. Also news flash.... do you pick the house you join, they more or less pick you

Best physical house: aopi
Best chef: used to be kd but I think they have a new chef
Every house has AC and heating.

You shouldn’t be choosing a sorority off of these factors though
