help (advice) for 2nd time offense of weed

I got cited for the second time for weed. (once last year).
Does anyone know the process/procedure for a second time offense.
I would really appreciate some help. Idk who else to ask/turn to.

Move to a state where it's legal to be a pot head.

You get a lawyer- for the first offense you probably would have had ARD to get it off your record but on the second you need to fight it in court with legal counsel.
