TEMPORARY SUSPENSION OF NEW MEMBER EDUCATION FOR Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity

As of the issuance of this letter on February 14, 2018, the Lehigh University Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity is required to cease all new member education activities pending an investigation into a report of hazing including sleep deprivation, significant variance from your submitted new member education plan, line ups, and other activities that would constitute hazing.

Effective immediately the Lehigh University Chapter of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity is prohibited from conducting any new member education activities and is to cease all contact with the new members of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.

This action is being taken in accordance with Article IV of the Lehigh University Code of Conduct. The Office of Student Conduct & Community Expectations will begin an investigation into this incident in the immediate future and this interim suspension will remain in place until lifted by the Dean of Students.
