if Psi U is still down with the merger, they will most likely be fine.

Sig Chi can still rush kids separate from Psi U, and they will most likely just have to sign their official bids late.

The only way they would get screwed is if Lehigh says Psi U cant take a PC, which probably wont happen (although there still is a chance).

Theta Chi on the other hand is completely screwed
