It depends. Panhel will determine which chapters are under quota in a week or two. After chapters receive that information, the chapters who are under quota might decide to extend more bids. This all depends on if there are 1) girls they want to extend bids to, and 2) how much their nationals push for them to extend bids. There are other ways to become involved on campus, though, and make friends so don't stress if you didn't get a bid.

Looking at the pics on instagram, I count the following number in the new PC:
21 Thetas
25 AGam
25 Pi Beta Phi
28 Zeta
27 Kappa Delta

Since quota is determined after pref, girls screwed themselves. The pcs could only be bigger if girls didn’t drop left and right this year.

If there are a few bids available they will probably handle it quietly, finding interested friends of the girls in the PC, for example.
If you have connections to the sorority you are interested in, be sure they know you are interested.
Also, don't be too picky. The differences really are smaller than you think.
