safe to say zeta is at least equal to or above pi phi at this point. aopi/kd is accurate. agam/theta seems equal too.

I agree with frat watcher, but I see minor differences going down the order of the top 7. KD, Zeta, Pi Phi, and AGam all put together solid classes that are not obviously different from the top three.

Accurate . Although I'd say Gphi/Aopi around equal with Aphi close behind. KD is solid above Pi Phi now with zeta and pi phi about equal this pc with maybe pi phi slightly better. Agam below and then followed by theta at the bottom again.

g phi has a mix of some stunners and just meh girls = not consistent; aopi has more average with a couple pretties. aphi seems to be the blondes now!-- very cute

AoPi Has the best looking PC for once.
Alpha Phi/Gphi Nice groups but not AoPi's level this year.
Zeta/Pi Phi Both landed very nice looking. Both out performed.
KD Is not posting pics, but I will put them here for now.
Agam Solid.
Theta Good effort for Theta.

Top
Aphi-hottest and most beautiful but a mix of girls. All hard partiers.
Gphi/aoii- gphi has lots of blondes but not necessarily the prettiest ones. Some smokeshows tho. Still going for hard partiers and still overall good looking.
Aoii has sweeter looking girls and ofc axo wouldve-beens. Few girls who could be mid tier. Better rush than last year.
Upper mid
KD-really pretty but a lot look the same. best recent pc. Some girls def could be top.
Lower mid
Piphi/zeta/agam-
piphi is overall average. No stunners but no bad ones.
Zeta has a comparable pc to last years and is solid. More people dancing around the average than pi phi.
Agam snagged a few stunners who would fit anywhere while others definitely would not.
This semester determines who rises to the middle in terms of partying and rep. But for now are lower mid in different ways.
Bottom
Theta- while it seems unfair to put one house in the bottom, there are so few houses and socially theta just cares the least. Given how crazy rush was theta got their best pc in a while.

The sorting shaft says that AoPi has a really good PC.
Alpha Phi and GPhi are next
Pi Phi and Zeta don't have a lot of smoke shows, but are loaded with 7's and 8's
KD I haven't seen their PC

Pi Phis class is mostly attractive but not to single anyone out, they are def not all like that. I did a double take at someone in my class who pledged Pi Phi and definitely not in the good way. Other than that, agreed.
