theta chi. phi delt is a bunch of weirdos plus their registered parties are the worst thing ever. at least theta chi is generally more consistently good.

Phi delt barely throws any registereds. I'd be surprised if they had more than 2 last semester. They blow bc nationally they're dry, so they can't serve. So if you wanna drink you gotta make your way upstairs to one of the rooms.
