2017 pre rush vs. 2018 pre rush

Comparing how the rankings were last year going into rush vs how it’s all panned out this year pre-rush and why:

2017:

2018:
GPhi: Nothing has changed here. Still top.
APhi: With two solid PCs they’ve secured #2
AoPi: Wth last 2 weak PCs of random leftovers who are not the typical AoPi Barbies

Axo: Even before the Road Rally, they were going downhill. People were unimpressed by PC17 and being unable to take a new PC will only hurt them in the future if they don’t get kicked off
KD: Got a good PC 17 that like to party but still known as social climbers
PiPhi: Got a bad PC 17 and do not show up to parties like they used to, need to get a solid new member class to stay middle tier

Zeta: Above Agam but still bottom no matter what. Very divided house. Could end up social climby. But known as chill.
AGam: Plain Janes
Theta: Still the leftovers

The facts are that Pi Phi is sliding. You can try to obscure that here, but not in real life.

Alpha Phi's rep for slamming other sororitys is a problem. Their rep for ratting out Alpha Phi is a problem. Their rep for being the stoner sorority is a problem. Their out of control PC 17 is a problem.

The only way to convince anyone that they are equal to KD and stronger than Zeta and AGam is to get the best PC of the four. Right now, I don't think they can pull from KD, AGam or Zeta.
