To those who have rushed before and did not get a house (you know who you are lol), please don't rush again. It's a waste of time not only for you, but for us.
The likely chance that you will get into a house that dropped you is very low, UNLESS you got dropped because you did not make that house's GPA cut.
IN ADDITION, if you have just started following people on Instagram in houses, its very blatantly obvious what you are doing. We notice that and we do keep that in mind when selecting. Be genuine and real, not fake and desperate.

This is a valid point, but there are definitely times when the NPM returns the second time, does a better job of presenting themselves, and gets admitted to the extent that the NPM makes a stronger impression via how they look, how they interact, and through actual relationships they have developed with sisters. However, it is true that if it seems very recent and fake, it won't happen.
Also, If you are only really interested in Gphi and AoPi, and not sincerely interested in joining any other house, then you are almost certainly wasting your time. The differences among the houses are less than many NPMs believe. Consider trying to find a good fit, instead of focusing on prestige of a top house.
