It has an impact on which house girls decide to rush.
Also, women choose sororitys based on finding their peeps, and then they party with the frat that their sorority parties with.
If you think they are choosing an sorority to party with you, you have a very egocentric view of the world.

It looks to me like someone at GPhi wrote it.
They keep writing "GPhi is top!" and everyone is so distracted, that no one even questions it. I think someone at GPhi is having fun getting the other sororitys riled up and attacking one another while GPhi stays above the fray. It seems to be working too.
From a GPhi perspective, If KD and Zeta are their nearest threats, that means they don't have any threats. Their potential challengers have all been removed. Some people seem to think it is someone trying to move KD or Zeta up, but I think the real point of moving them up is to move GPhi's potential threats down.
As was mentioned, KD isn't dumb enough to declare themselves #2, so who else wins if that is that case? The big winner from that is really GPhi!
If GPhi can get Alpha Phi and AoPi to spend their energy attacking KD and Zeta, then they definitely aren't ready to challenge GPhi. GPhi is just laughing about the whole thing. They are the big winner from all of it because it means they have no real challenger.
Most posters don't seem to be seeing through that.
