admin headed one of two paths, likely they don't even know which path yet but they want to get rid of elitism and reduce risk and control your life blah blah blah => the admin wants you living on campus all 4 years and in more controlled quarters than houses...its a risk and money thing

1.no greek letter social frats/sororitys - waiting for an event to greek life

2.only a few lame frats/sororitys with some more diverse frats/sororitys and some that are not gender restricted joining on the hill

the interim step is them s'canning sororitys/frats whenever possible

what are greek leaders going to do?

leaders should have a plan because most houses are in the cross hairs - plan to go secret society (you will need to dissociate and not use your old letters), keep parties smaller and off campus (get several houses way off campus and have people stay over or uber) not the same feel as what you had but the trend is not slowing down or changing course. If you are heading to jr or sr year think about these contingency plans when looking for a place to rent.
