the upcoming school year

I am hoping things will just go back to normal, but I am not sure based on the way last year ended. What are your thoughts on the best approach to manage the administration this year? Play hard ball? Pretend to cooperate? Be a bunch of wimps? How do you see this year playing out?

The future of partying is smaller and more numerous gatherings further off campus - parties too numerous and too small to get coverage from PD. That means every group of friends needs to kick in to rent a house/cabin far from campus for partying. The days of massive parties for underage drinkers are gone, keep it small - party people need to adapt, support reducing the drinking age to 18, or drive to Montreal.
Unfortunately these change continues to put pressure on fraternities which tend to host parties large enough to attract attention.
