KSig - if they don't get kicked off, they'll remain top. Throw the best parties with the best sororities, even if guys are douchey
Lambda/Dchi - if the merger is successful next year, Lambda will finally be back. If not, they'll fall since OFSA is forbidding sororities from partying with them
ATO - even if not as good as previous years, will still remain a top house
Sig chi - consistently great parties, good looking guys and good social schedule
Pike - undeniably has moved up to be on par with sig chi, girls love them but the more recent PCs have acted entitled and douchey

KA - party consistently with pi phi and kd and both houses like them, throw good parties and have a good brotherhood
TX - used to be above KA, but given recent text scandal and not as fun parties - they're on the decline
Chi phi - definitely a house to watch out for, have some weird guys but throw good parties that girls love
Phi Kap - usual phi kap, always smoking, a better house to BBQ with than to party, great guys even if they're degenerates
Sig ep - past two PCs have helped the house party with sororities other than theta, throw good parties that girls end up at after 12
Theta chi - on par with sig ep but recent PCs have been a little weird and parties are okay
Phi delt - slowly moving up in ranks to a relevant frat, definitely have groupies and guys are friendly even if weird, fun to smoke with
Phi sig - mostly weird but nice guys, better to pregame with
Psi U - best pregame house
