At a minimum, Pi Phi should be higher than Agam and Theta. I would also probably move Kd above Zeta. This list may not be perfect, but it is better than it was.
It isn't that Agam and Theta are bad, they just don't party or drink as much as the other sororities. They are more worried about classes, grades, and are just doing their own thing.

I think it is difficult to separate into Top, Middle and Bottom. I think it is probably accurate to put the most hot, and partying sororities (4 times per week or more) as: AOpi, GPhi, APhi, & AXO. The less partying sororities (4 times per week or less) Kd, Zeta, Pi Phi, Agam. They are attractive, and like to have fun, but are a bit more school oriented, and party less. Then there is Theta. They are nice, but a bit more unique than the others.
Also, you have to remember that there are amazing members and not so amazing members of every sorority.
Also, freshman who are rushing should be trying to find a match, not just the "highest ranked" sorority. You may want to be in G Phi, but if you don't really like to party a lot, you may not be happy there.
Finally, keep in mind, that there were a lot of awesome girls and a few who are not so awesome in every sorority. If you are a boring nerd who is not fun, but you get into AOpi, you will still be a boring nerd. If you like to party, and have a lot of fun, and end up in Agam, you will still be awesome and have a great time. The people make the sorority, not the other way around.
