-unsure how the lambda/dchi thing will shake out
-psi u comment on point af
-sig chi possibly slipping, parties empty very early
-sig ep/theta chi toss up although the difference is minimal
-toss up with aphi/axo as well, depends on next semester rush
-zeta has potential to pass agam with a good PC next year, dont sleep on them
Other than that its very spot on

Accurate except for chi psi- they have great parties with all of the top sororities but will continue to be irrelevant because they have limited party schedules due too football. Hopefully when their probation is lifted they can have good registered parties on the hill in the fall.
Also- kq above chi phi every day. Chi phi is weird and kinda Percy, not as fun to party with.

Glad im not the only one that thought this - top can't stay top forever
quality is everything, some of the Pcs from the middle tier frats are as good, if not better, than a lot of the higher ranked houses. You can just tell who did well with rush this year

KA was defiantly above chi phi but not anymore

to be honest it really isn't. After the new PCs, recent incidents, and just word of mouth/people's opinions, the list is pretty spot on with maybe one or two changes (axo and aphi spots are questionable). Changes are happening people.
