nah, the sanctions Delta Chi received prohibit them from recruiting upperclassmen. This basically means the whole thing they tried is over. Know a few guys on the inside and they gave up on the idea

honestly lambda is well liked and respected. They should accept the fact that they are not recognized by the university and this plan failed. They should just keep doing what they are doing and face the fact that mergers dont work. You didnt see dg trying to merge with theta. Now they are legendary.

Didn't get by the European regulators. DOJ and FTC signed off but it got hung up with some concerns about monopoly power by the European Committee.

Did you not notice them take all of Lambda's freshmen? The school only stopped them from taking the current Lambda sophomores (for this semester)
