Not sure how the lambda-d chi hybrid will play out, but I think it'll take some time for that fraternity to move up fully back to the top tier. I would knock them down to the same tier as pike (not middle but not top). Despite a smaller pledge class, girls like Ka more than Tx - but freshmen love Tx so we'll see there. Everybody hates on chi phi but they throw good parties and are definitely on their way to being on the same level as Ka and Tx. Sig ep is also one to watch out for, as well as phi delt. Can see phi delt moving up into the bottom of the middle tier, as opposed to the top of the bottom tier.

This is wholly untrue. Lambda-Dchi hybrid is waaaaay more desirable than pike. even with the smelly weirdos. Also, most girls on the hill prefer TX over KA, they throw much crazier parties and actually switch it up. You never know what you might find there. KA is pretty baseline predictable, same guys and same 90's rock lol. They're still fun though, great brotherhood and an all around good time. Chi Phi does throw fun parties, but their personality is hard to overlook. Def not close to upper mid, but getting better. Once again, girls would rather see/do something different than just the same scene every night, hence Chi Phi's strong dominance over theta chi/phi delt/others. Take notes boys
