phi kap future?

by: Frosh

Seriously wondering how do you guys think Phi Kap will be? Im thinking about rushing there and I wanna be in a frat with a good brotherhood, bbqs, tailgates, and parties with sororities. Obviously not like gphi or aopi, but hb kd and piphi in future? I think tx is weird and ehh on ka and chi phi.

Phi Kap definitely is known to have a great brotherhood, from the guys I know that is for sure the case. I'd say them and Ka are the best for that out of the houses you mentioned. In terms of BBQs/tailgates/parties, right now TX is the best out of those but just slightly ahead of KA, then Chi Phi then Phi kap. You already said you don't like TX, but just check out the other houses equally and decide where you fit best. They're all close in social level, it just comes down to preference at that point.

Agreed.

Phi Kap is known for having a more hardcore party attitude with KA following slightly behind in this area, but both have great brotherhood. If you rush Chi Phi, be aware that although they have good brotherhood and parties/bbqs, most other fraternities do not like or respect them, so associating outside of the organization might be challenging

Phi Kap is definitely on the rise. They're finally out of trouble and will not have to worry anymore. Chi Phi being in trouble and Lambda supposively not being able to party with sororities anymore will shift the scale Phi Kap's way.
