difference between ka, tx, phi kap, and chi phi

I'm a freshmen guy who likes the houses above. What are the differences?

They're really all houses at similar levels in a sense but Tx seems to be somewhat of in a decline while houses like KA and Chi Phi seem to be moving up. Phi Kap seems to be kinda just there

TX: pi phi, KD, (no more aphi), rarely zeta and agam
KA: pi phi, KD, zeta, agam, rarely theta
Chi Phi: Zeta, theta, no sorority, agam, occasionally KD and Pi Phi
Phi Kap: KD, Zeta, Agam, occasionally Pi Phi and Theta

ive seen all of the above social schedules
