pre season frat analysis fall 2016 (top-mid)

Coming into this semester the top houses sit firmly as : ATO, KSig, and Lambda. They are the rulers of fratland here at lehigh and control much of the upper tier sororities

Next is the Bottom of the upper tier and or the top of the middle tier(whatever you want to call it) this is houses such as: sig chi, pike, KA, and TX. They are recently on the rise with the addition to hill parties at lehigh this next semester. Like with the next tier (middle) they will be able to benefit from throwing parties with other fraternities at their on campus houses with multiple sororities. While KA has been throwing hill parties for a while now, it'll be interesting to see how quickly the other houses in this group will be able to catch up to running parties at their house.

The middle tier is next and they are headlined by : Chi Psi, Phi Kap, Chi Phi, Sig Ep, Dphi, and Theta Chi. This could be a very big year for the middle tier and dont be surprised if one or two of these house takes an unexpected leap up the totem pole. Early candidates are: Chi Phi and Chi Psi due to their houses and locations on the hill. As stated before, hill parties will allow frats to help each have better parties and have a better time in general and I feel that in the middle tier most of the houses are pretty similar and seem to get along pretty well. Look to see a leader of this pack emerge by the end of the first semester.
