thoughts on phi delt and whether they are bottom middle? Top of bottom? i heard good and bad things and am considering rushing them in the fall.

I really love phi delt boys. I think this new PC is really helping them socially. Furthermore, I think some of the seniors are kind of awkward and once they graduate it'll leave room for new, less awkward kids. I really only see them moving up from here, considering they have a few gems already.

Upperclassmen are really cool, sophomores are hit or miss and freshmen are pretty weird
