yes a middle tier house yet they hands down have some of the most attractive girls on this campus. most girls join because they like the girls, not cause of the houses reputation or rank.

Have a good reputation on campus as a fun sorority, pretty much the same as KD at this point (may fall with the next PC or two). Only negative is there is quite a bit of drama in the house and cliques.

I see some self rating below. Pi Phi is pretty decent but they are kinda just there in my opinion. The girls are average and nothing out of the ordinary. Below aphi but its up for discussion whether they are falling below KD (time will tell I guess). Not necessarily anything bad to say, just nothing too good either.

Pi Phi doing some self ranking to look good for rushes because they don't want to admit they're falling fast. Kinda awkward when every frat has said they're getting boring..... oops
