Top tier house. The top three, g phi, axo, and AOII, will always switch around, but they are still a great house and the new PC is actually super fun and sweet. People who say a phi got a better PC are just looking at the best in a phi and the worst in AOII.

First off: PC '14 holds the peddles in the relationship. You know, always down to kick back for some good old philanthropy in lamberton. Not only are they the most philanthropic, also show the most nationalism and equality. As an aopi would say, "one who breaths from the mother, blessed America with great matrimony"

My favorite house by far. Not only are they extremely attractive, but they are a ton of fun. Other lower tier sororities come in acting like we should bow down to them, but these girls just want to have a good time. Can't wait for our next event with them.
