Solid middle tier. Not quite on par with Tx and Ka though. Parties are fun and girls love them. Definitely getting better. But the guys try so hard to act cool that it's really awkward and sad. Trying hard to social climb because a few guys we're dating aphi's. Tbd but should definitely try to stay in their lane and focus on actuallly partying with kd and pi phi so they don't have to party with bottom tier anymore

Oh chi phi. Decent human beings but they're pretty insane. a lot of guys who were probably losers in high school but had a first semester of college to lose their virginity, put on a few lbs of muscle, and take a sip of alcohol. Anyways, a lot of them are pretty cool, and they have each other's backs for sure

Was barely a party house 4 years ago (chi phi, along with fiji, were the top two houses at lehigh forever until a few years ago when both got in trouble, unfortunatly fiji is gone now RIP). Since then they have gone from the very bottom to now a solid top of the middle/bottom top tier frat. They get a ton of hate on here but they arent the same house anymore at all and anyone can tell you that. Parties are always fun, and for some reason so many girls on campus date these guys

Definitely a upper middle tier house on the rise, parties are usually pretty good but they don't have them with a whole lot of upper tier sororities. Solid house though

These guys are self-ranking so hard its getting embarrassing for them. Chi Phi is sinking ship rn and its going down pretty fast. They got a poor on accreditation last year and earned one of the lowest house GPAs. This year, they have had multiple life-safety violations, including one by their president, and beat up some TX kid at their registered, still facing repercussions from that. If youre a freshman look at any other middle tier house, they all would be a better option.

everybody mistakes them for the football frat because of similar letters... seem like nice guys but don't have fun parties or get with any hot girls

I’m an alum at Lehigh and Chi Phi. Let’s just say this. I was working at Abercrombie at the Lehigh Valley Mall at the same time and being in Chi Phi got me laid every night. I got every chick from Alpha Phi, Gamma Phi, A Chi o etc. this was all because of Chi Phi. I still go back after four years and get laid. I rock skinny jeans and have a combover and wear white v necks and get laid. Chi Phi has the best cocaine and Molly too. It got me laid.
