Beautiful House, fun pre games, some really hot guys, parties are a hit or miss though. Some parties are amazing then someone absolutely suck. However, really nice guys

Pike guys for the most part are really nice. Some are creepy and rude but they are a small minority. They got a really good new pc, they are really hot and definitely brought Pike up. Their parties are really fun especially if you know the guys. Some off campus houses are better then others though. They are really strict on letting non brothers in their party though. Definitely a mid tier house who is on their way up!

I mean, they're awesome. most of the boys are very attractive and they always throw down great parties, I end up there by midnight pretty much every night. they love each other like, a lot though...
